As technology entrepreneurs with backgrounds in artificial intelligence and healthcare, we saw an opportunity to solve this problem using cutting-edge AI technology. But we didn't want to create just another robotic answering service – we wanted to build something that sounded genuinely human, understood context, and could actually help businesses grow.

Hi, I’m Ekene Emmanuel Aja-Nwachuku, the founder of Fortress Privacy Ltd and creator of Andrew AI.
I’ve spent the last five years working in data privacy for organisations like Kingfisher, The Francis Crick Institute, and Hogan Lovells. Along the way, I saw a problem: businesses were losing revenue every single day from missed calls, while also struggling to stay compliant with GDPR and protect customer trust.
That’s why I built Andrew AI — a privacy-first AI receptionist designed for UK businesses. Andrew combines natural conversation with rock-solid GDPR compliance, so whether you run a dental clinic, salon, auto shop, or law firm, you can be confident that every call is answered, every lead is captured, and every customer is treated professionally.
